Directions

Read warnings before consuming. 2 capsules taken with food. Maximum of 2 servings per day. To assess tolerance: Consume 1 capsule per day for the first 7 days. Do not exceed 2 servings (4 capsules) per day. Do not take within 6 hours of intended sleep. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. To open, hold container upright and turn lid 90 degrees anticlockwise. Keep packaging for directions of use.

Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children below 18 years old or the elderly (CONTAINS 400MG CAFFEINE PER MAXIMUM 2 SERVINGS (350MG ADDED CAFFEINE AND 50MG FROM GREEN TEA)). DO NOT exceed the recommended daily dose of two servings (4 capsules). Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing caffeine, green tea, or other stimulants on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Contains 5mg (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate per serving. Do NOT consume 800mg or more of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate per day. Store in a cool, dry place. Store out of the reach of young children.
