For best results, use on clean, exfoliated skin. DO NOT SHAKE, turn the bottle upside down and squeeze onto the mitt. Apply to skin in circular motions. Use liberally on limbs, stomach, back and chest, and sparingly on hands, feet, knees, and elbows. Leave on for 8-12 hours, then rinse with warm water only.
